The company was established in 2018 by Mr Randy Osei Dadzie.
It started very small as Funds were a problem. Throughout all this years it has been a rockey mountain climbing to the top. Ray has managed to make it very big and intends to expand the company to at least 2 province’s.

Ray learnt this trade from his father, And he mastered the craft all these years as his Father had a Panel Beating company which he established in 2008 and had been operating for more than 10 years under the management of him Francis Dadzie who was the CEO & also the managing director of the Company which was being operated under the name of FD General Motor Dealers (CK No. 2008/208619/23) which was located at No. 40 Sivewright Ave & Charles Street, New Doornfontein, Johannesburg.
While being in school I knew that after school I going to the workshop to work on cars nd manage there (” me being a small boy, with all this expensive imaginations”) little did Ray know that few years down the line He would open his own shop as He has the love and passion working with cars.

In 2018 Ray decided to open his own company as he had the passion for cars and he had already learnt a lot from him and his workshop. Ray is the current managing director (CEO) Randy Osei Dadzie is now Trading as Ray Trading And Panel Beating (PTY) Ltd which is located at no. 311b Sixth Ave, Bredell AH, Kempton Park, 1619.

The company has a B-BBEE Certificate, Share Certificate, Tax clearance certificate – Good Standing, Tender and also has a Tax number
